If you are like me, Nginx has taken over your world, and once in a while you reminisce the good old times when Apache ruled the world, not fondly though. Once in a while Nginz has this way of throwing errors out of the blue.
To fix the “98: Address already in use” in Ubuntu in general, all you need to do is to liberate the port.
sudo fuser -k 80/tcp
Don’t forget to restart Nginx
service nginx start
